Peak Season Rental

PRICING

For events occurring on

FRIDAY-SUNDAY:  $4000

MONDAY-THURSDAY: $2000

STANDARD RENTAL TIME

12 hours of your choice.  Your setup time is included in this block.  If you choose, you can add additional setup time the day before at a rate of $25 per hour.

5 31" round high top tables & black linens for cocktail hour

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY AT YOUR VENUE?

We can comfortably accommodate up to 125 guests.  This would include room for guest tables, bridal party tables, dance floor, and DJ booth.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE VENUE THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

12 Hour rentalsThe space is yours on the day of your event!  We allow early access for getting ready, as well as decor & setup!

IS YOUR FACILITY HEATED/AIR CONDITIONED?

Absolutely!  You can chat with your day of coordinator to adjust the temp as needed.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY OF COORDINATOR DO?

Our day of coordinator is there to make your experience run smoothly.  They will handle setting up tables and linens, decor setup, coordinating with your vendors, and being helpful in general.

CAN YOU CREATE A SMALL, INTIMATE SETTING AT YOUR VENUE?

Absolutely!  Our sister company, Intimate Indiana Wedding Co specializes in intimate events.

CAN I HIRE MY OWN CATERER?

Yes!  While we have fabulous caterers we can recommend, you are also welcome to seek out your own catering.  Please note, all catering must be licensed and insured.

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN DECOR?

Please do!  We encourage our couples to decorate and make the space their own.  Just no rice, confetti, or glitter please!

CAN I BRING IN MY OWN ALCOHOL AND/OR BARTENDERS?

Due to our liquor license and insurance, no outside alcohol is allowed.  We have bar packages available to suit your needs!

CAN I HIRE MY OWN VENDORS?

Of course you can!  We have an amazing list of vendors to recommend, but you are also welcome to choose who makes you happy.  All vendors must provide us with proof of insurance prior to your big day.

IS EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED?

Event insurance is required for weddings at our venue.  Pricing can range depending on what you choose to include, but policies are easily obtainable.
