A venue built from twenty years of weddings—and one shared belief that they could feel different.
Before we’re venue owners, wedding professionals, or business partners, we’re Beth and Rich—a husband-and-wife team usually surrounded by our three dogs Romeo, Juliet, and Ellie, planning the next place we’d love to travel, and debating which Mac Miller song belongs on the playlist. We genuinely enjoy creating things together, meeting new people, and turning ordinary moments into something worth remembering—which, when we think about it, is probably how Ivory Foundry began in the first place.
We didn’t create Ivory Foundry because Indianapolis needed another room to rent. We created it because, after spending years behind the scenes at weddings, we believed couples deserved a more personal and connected way to celebrate.
Beth has spent more than twenty years immersed in the wedding world as a florist, photographer, and planner. Rich has spent years alongside Beth as a photographer, and behind the DJ booth, reading the room, guiding the celebration, and creating the kind of dance floors people talk about long after the last song. Together, we’ve experienced weddings from nearly every angle.
We’ve also seen how quickly planning can become overwhelming. Couples are often expected to manage a collection of vendors, contracts, timelines, and decisions then somehow set all of that aside and be fully present when the wedding day finally arrives.
Too often, the flowers, music, food, design, and logistics are handled separately instead of working together to create one cohesive experience.
We knew there could be a better way.
Ivory Foundry became the place where our experience, creativity, and love for celebrations could come together. Our inclusive approach allows one team to thoughtfully connect every part of the day from the first design conversation to the final dance while still creating a wedding that feels personal, distinctive, and completely your own.
We believe in this space and what happens here so deeply that we chose to renew our own vows inside its walls. Ivory Foundry isn’t simply a business we built; it’s part of our story. When you celebrate here, you’re being welcomed into something deeply personal to us and cared for by people who truly understand how much this day means.

A Building with a Past. A New Chapter for Love Stories.
Built in the early 1900's, the buildings that now make up Ivory Foundry lived an entirely different life before becoming a wedding venue. At one point, the property was home to a drilling company—a history still reflected in its honest architecture, exposed structure, and unmistakable city character.
One of our favorite pieces of that past remains painted across the brick of the two-story building: an original Wrigley’s Spearmint gum advertisement, weathered by time and preserved as an unexpected glimpse into another era.
When we found the property, we saw beyond what it had been to everything it could become. We completely gutted and renovated the buildings, thoughtfully reimagining them for modern celebrations while preserving the details that give the Foundry its soul.
Today, those old brick walls hold a new kind of story—one filled with candlelit dinners, packed dance floors, fresh flowers, and the beginning of countless lives together.

MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE
Beth | Owner + Creative Director
Beth has spent more than twenty years in the wedding world as a florist, photographer, and certified planner—and she brings every bit of that experience into the celebrations she creates. Her designs are known for unexpected color, statement florals, and immersive details that make the entire room feel alive.
Her Italian roots are behind her love of beauty, big gatherings, and making sure everyone is very well fed. When she isn’t dreaming up floral installations, you’ll probably find her eating pizza, blasting ’90s music, or spoiling Romeo—her golden retriever, best boy, and undisputed love of her life. Sorry, Rich.
Dani | Director of Weddings and Events
Dani is the organizational magic behind every Ivory Foundry celebration. She plans each event down to the smallest detail, creates timelines that keep everything moving, and somehow remains calm no matter what wedding day sends her way. If there’s a logistical puzzle to solve, Dani is already three steps ahead with a plan.
Away from the Foundry, she loves cooking and spending time with her adorable new baby. At work, her favorite thing is transforming a couple’s ideas into a beautifully planned day—and making sure they can relax while she brings their wedding dreams to life.
Rich | Owner + Entertainment Director
As an experienced wedding DJ and emcee, Rich knows how to read a room, guide the flow of the evening, and build the kind of dance floor guests don’t want to leave. His years as a wedding photographer give him an even broader understanding of how the entire day comes together—and how to keep it feeling effortless, personal, and fun.
Around the Foundry, he’s also the guy giving tours, managing social media, and building or fixing just about anything. When he isn’t working, you’ll usually find him with music playing and Juliet, Romeo, or Ellie nearby. His philosophy is simple: forget what a wedding is “supposed” to be, make it yours, and have one hell of a good time.
Romeo + Juliet | Directors of Joy
Romeo and Juliet are Ivory Foundry’s resident golden retrievers and highly qualified Directors of Joy. Their responsibilities include boosting team morale, supervising snack breaks, inspecting floral deliveries, and reminding everyone that nearly every problem can be improved with a walk and a little enthusiasm.
Romeo is Beth’s best boy and a seasoned professional in the art of emotional support. Juliet is his energetic junior associate, bringing fresh ideas, joyful chaos, and absolutely no respect for personal space.
Together, they ensure the Foundry is always run with plenty of love—and just a little golden glitter.
