Dream Up the Look with Beth
Beth will help you shape the visual world of your wedding—from the overall mood and color palette to the flowers, ceremony focal point, candlelight, tablescape, and finishing details. You don’t need to arrive knowing flower names or carrying a perfectly organized Pinterest board. Bring your ideas, your personalities, and how you want the day to feel; Beth will turn them into a cohesive design created especially for you.
Build the Plan with Dani
Dani is your logistics goddess and the person who turns all those beautiful ideas into a wedding that runs seamlessly. She’ll guide you through catering and bar selections, organize the important details, build your timeline, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. As the wedding approaches, she brings every moving piece together so you can stop managing the day and start enjoying it.
Create the Energy with Rich
Rich will help you plan the music and entertainment experience from the ceremony through the final song. Together, you’ll talk through the moments that matter, the songs you love, the ones you absolutely don’t, and the kind of energy you want throughout the night. On your wedding day, he’ll guide the celebration as your DJ and emcee, keep everything flowing naturally, and build a dance floor that feels completely like your crowd.
Then, You Get to Be Present
Behind the scenes, Beth, Dani, and Rich are already working together—sharing the same plan, communicating directly, and making sure the design, logistics, food, bar, music, and timeline all support one another.
When the wedding day arrives, our team handles the setup, details, transitions, and cleanup. Your only job is to get married, eat something delicious, hug your people, and have one hell of a night.
